The NFL trade deadline is looming and trade rumors around the league are heating up. Which teams will be buyers and which teams will be sellers?

There have already been some big trades, as the Indianapolis Colts have moved both Quenton Nelson and DeForest Buckner and more recently, the Tennessee Titans shipped defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons to the Chicago Bears in exchange for three draft picks, including two first-rounders.

The Denver Broncos should be thinking squarely about being a potential buyer to help bolster their Super Bowl hopes, and there are some players out there who could be available. While there are some players on the roster the Broncos should consider trading away due to the fact that they will soon hit free agency, these four players should be in their sights before the Nov.10 trade deadline officially hits.

This is going to be the most popular name on here as the Colts seem to be in fire-sale mode after moving Nelson and Buckner. Speculation about where Jonathan Taylor, one of the best running backs in the league, could end up has been running rampant. However, Taylor has stated he is proud to be with the Colts and isn't looking to be traded.

That doesn't mean it won't happen. The Colts are clearly in full rebuild mode, and if the right offer comes along, they could take it.

The Broncos have been connected to the rumors surrounding Taylor and the idea of adding him does make sense as the Broncos need to find more success in the running game. Don't look for George Paton and Sean Payton to make this move, as it's much more likely that they are happy with what Jonah Coleman brings to the team, and fitting Taylor's contract into the salary cap could be tricky.

The Philadelphia Eagles came into this season as contenders, but after a 2-5 start to the season while seeing their starting quarterback, Jalen Hurts, have his season cut short over a blood clot issue, they could suddenly be sellers.

There has been talk of the Broncos looking at the Eagles' all-world running back, Saquon Barkley, who might be the most exciting name on this list. Barkley has had some injury issues throughout his career, but he's a complete running back who is as good as anyone at the position.

It would be interesting to see what he could cost if the Eagles are even interested in trading him, but it's certainly worth a phone call from Paton to Howie Roseman to find out.

Might as well keep beating this drum. The Broncos have been connected to trading for Saints running back Alvin Kamara since Sean Payton became the head coach, and it's somewhat surprising that it hasn't happened.

Kamara's best days are behind him and it's hard to say what he could even offer this Broncos team at this point, but his experience, particularly having played for Payton before, would be worth something if the Broncos could get him for a late-round pick.

It would have been nice to have Kamara for the playoff run last season, and that is something the Broncos should think about.

The Broncos should consider more depth at inside linebacker, something that has been lingering since training camp opened.

Alex Singleton and Justin Strnad have held their own as the team's starters, but depth is and has been a concern at this position. Cole Holcomb has been with the Steelers since 2023 and has nearly 500 career tackles. However, he's been relegated to a special teams guy for the team as he's been in on just five percent of the team's defensive snaps this season.

The Broncos could land him for next to nothing. Sometimes, the best deadline deals are the low-cost, high-reward options and this could be one of those.
