The aggressive dog lunged at the infant, dragging him by the jaw until quick-thinking bystanders intervened. The child underwent over twenty stitches and was later transferred to PGIMS Rohtak for advanced treatment. Officials are still awaiting a formal complaint concerning this alarming dog attack.
