vivo is inviting smartphone users to activate their vivo Accounts to access a range of device services and Membership benefits, from digital warranty records and data backup to repair assistance, device protection, and member-exclusive perks. 

The vivo Membership program gives customers a way to manage essential services and access benefits throughout their device ownership.

Once activated, a vivo Account gives users access to their E-Warranty Card, allowing them to view their warranty status and policies digitally. This gives customers an easier way to keep track of their device coverage without relying on a physical warranty document.

The account also connects users to vivo Cloud and EasyShare, which can back up photos, contacts, and messages and make transferring data easier when upgrading to another vivo device.

For lost or stolen devices, Find Hub allows users to remotely locate, lock, or erase their phone. Members can also use their account to book repairs, locate service centers, and contact vivo customer support through Messenger, WhatsApp, and Live Chat.

Users can also access self-service tools to test, optimize, and manage their devices, giving them more options to address common device concerns on their own.

Beyond device services, activating a vivo Account lets customers join the vivo Membership program, which has three levels: Member, Silver, and Gold.

Membership levels are determined by accumulated EXP points. Customers earn 1 EXP point for every Php 1 spent on a phone, 10 EXP points per day for signing in to vivo.com, and 1,000 EXP points for registering an account.

As membership levels increase, customers gain access to additional service benefits.

Members receive one free screen protector per year, up to 12 free maintenance and inspection services per year, mobile phone detection, free repair service, and free mail-in repair service. They also receive free shipping for purchases with a minimum spend of Php 1,000.

Silver Members receive four free screen protectors per year, loaner phone service, and free shipping for life.

Gold Members receive six free screen protectors per year, priority customer service, a 10% discount on repair parts up to three times per year, loaner phone service, and free shipping for life.

“Membership is intended to make the services customers need after buying a vivo phone easier to access and understand,” said vivo Philippines Brand Marketing Director Liu Lu. “By bringing warranty information, device support, repair services, and membership benefits into one account, customers can continue to get value from their devices throughout their ownership.”

Customers can activate their vivo Account through the vivo Store app on their vivo smartphone. Users can open the vivo Store app, select Me, sign in using their Google account or email, and select Member to view their account and current EXP points.

vivo Product Experts can also assist customers with account registration and E-Warranty activation in stores. The activation process takes about two to three minutes, allowing customers to set up their account while completing their purchase.

With an activated vivo Account, customers can have their warranty information, device services, and Membership benefits connected to one account, giving them a more convenient way to manage their vivo experience beyond the point of purchase.
