Additional Land Found for Boom-Got in Nong Suea District: Large 24-Rai Plot with Warehouse and Big Pond  Thairath English

In Pathum Thani, land belonging to "Boom-Got" has been found in Bueng Kasam Subdistrict, Nong Suea District, covering 24 rai. The property includes a large pond, buildings, a sizable warehouse, tents, and knockdown houses.

Regarding the recent developments about the "Tham Dee Foundation" of Boom Panadda Wongpudi, a famous host and actress, on 3 Nov 2026, reporters received information from Mr. Wichai Fungkhajorn, 58, former Bueng Cham O Subdistrict Administrative Organization official, that Boom Panadda Wongpudi and her husband, Got Athip Anantawan, own 20 rai of land inside the alley beside Wat Chulachindaram, Moo 6, Bueng Kasam Subdistrict, Nong Suea District, Pathum Thani, plus an additional 4-rai plot with buildings in Moo 7, Bueng Kasam Subdistrict, Nong Suea District, Pathum Thani.

Reporters visited the first site in Moo 6, Bueng Kasam Subdistrict, Nong Suea District, Pathum Thani. The land is located about 500 meters inside a gravel road beside Wat Chulachindaram. The land lies on the right side and features a large pond and structures such as a large warehouse, several tents, numerous items stacked on the ground, two knockdown houses, and one house under construction on 10 rai, with another 10 rai of vacant land.

The second location is along Khlong 9 Road in Moo 7, Bueng Kasam Subdistrict, Nong Suea District, Pathum Thani, covering 4 rai. The site is enclosed by a roughly 4-meter-high black fence wall. There is a single-story warehouse for storage, a staff residence building, three large white tents, and a tall tower. The area was completely silent with no people present during inspection.

Mr. Wichai Fungkhajorn, 58, a former Bueng Cham O official who lives less than one kilometer from the warehouse house in Moo 7 owned by Boom Panadda, said he had often observed activity at the site, with continuous truck movements bringing items in and out. The land is used as storage for donated goods, which are gathered and then distributed elsewhere, though he did not know the exact destinations of the donations.

He said he frequently saw 10-wheel trucks and cranes transporting goods. The operation has been ongoing for about two years. He was unaware of the purchase details or prices but understood the original owner likely sold the land to someone from Bangkok. After media reports, activity there has significantly decreased over the past week, with almost no vehicles coming or going. Regarding the 20 rai in Moo 6, Bueng Kasam, Nong Suea, Got Athip Anantawan bought 10 rai and built housing where his mother also resides. Recently, Boom Panadda bought an adjacent 10-rai plot.

A Mr. A (pseudonym), declined to reveal his name and face, explained the land's history: originally, Mr. Pramot bought all 20 rai. Later, a businessman named Bank, who works in earthworks around Khlong 8, bought 10 rai to extract and sell soil, which left a pond where soil was removed. Only the remaining land was used for tents and buildings. The land was then sold again. Mr. A understood that Got bought the 10 rai from Bank for about 4 to 4.5 million baht nearly two years ago. The remaining 10 rai was listed at 700,000 baht per rai by Mr. Pramot, and Got expanded ownership to the full 20 rai, though Mr. A did not know the exact purchase prices.

After buying the land, tents were set up initially, and two buffaloes were kept there. However, the buffaloes often escaped and disturbed nearby gardeners. Despite fencing, the buffaloes still got out. Mr. A called Got several times to manage the buffaloes, which were eventually sold. Then tents were erected to store donated goods, which Mr. A understood were transported from Khlong 8 or Khlong 9 areas to be stored awaiting distribution to those in need. The donated items included drinking water, mattresses, pillows, mosquito nets, tables, and various daily necessities.
