Alia Bhatt's loved-up birthday post for Ranbir is all things cozy and romantic

Actor Ranbir Kapoor turned 44 on September 28, and his wife Alia Bhatt made his birthday special with a heartfelt wish. The actor shared a series of pictures featuring Ranbir and wrote a sweet note for her husband, celebrating him with love and warmth.

Alia’s birthday post offered fans a glimpse into some of the couple’s personal moments as she celebrated Ranbir’s special day. The first picture showed the couple striking a romantic pose at home, with Ranbir sitting on Alia’s lap. Another picture appeared to be from one of Alia’s favourite restaurants in New York. A third photo showed Ranbir holding their daughter Raha, with the little one’s face hidden. The final throwback picture took fans back to the time when Alia and Ranbir were shooting for Brahmastra.

Earlier in the day, Neetu Kapoor also posted a picture with her son on Instagram story and wrote, “Happy birthday to you, Rana. You are mine and I feel blessed (sic).”

Away from their family life, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor have a packed line-up of projects ahead. Ranbir is currently working on Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana, in which he plays Lord Rama alongside Sai Pallavi as Sita and Yash as Ravana. The first part is scheduled for release during Diwali, while the second instalment is planned for 2027.

Ranbir is also set to star in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War, which reunites him with Alia and also features Vicky Kaushal.

Alia, meanwhile, was last seen in Alpha, where she played a trained assassin. She will next be seen in Tumbbad 2, co-starring Sohum Shah and Nawazuddin Siddiqui, in the pipeline.
