The hosts made a fast start and took the lead in the 13th minute through Gift Orban, who finished after Amedspor won possession high up the pitch.
Amedspor doubled their advantage nine minutes later. Samuel Ballet's pass found Dia Saba inside the penalty area, and the Israeli midfielder fired a powerful shot into the net to make it 2-0.
Beşiktaş responded after halftime, with Dusan Vlahovic pulling one back in the 55th minute after Alexander Nübel's save from an Orkun Kökçü effort fell into his path.
Amedspor restored their two-goal lead four minutes later. Furkan Soyalp lifted the ball over the advancing Nübel to put the hosts 3-1 ahead.
The visitors pushed for another comeback late in the game, but Amedspor were reduced to 10 men in the 84th minute when Amadou Cisse received a second yellow card.
Beşiktaş were awarded a penalty following a VAR review in stoppage time, and Orkun Kökçü converted in the eighth minute of added time to make it 3-2.
The visitors could not find an equalizer, however, as Amedspor held on for their fourth league victory of the season. The result lifted the newly promoted side to 13 points and temporarily put them at the top of the league standings, while Beşiktaş remained on 12 points.
