Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid spoke with reporters on Wednesday. He delivered a brief but impactful warning message to the Chiefs rookie class ahead of Week 2.

“Brett (Veach) did a nice job of bringing the guys in and drafting them. It was good to see. The thing I mentioned to them: there’s tape out there now,” said Reid. “Whatever hiccups you had, you got to fix those. You know these other coaches are pretty creative people, and the players study you.”

Reid notched his 150th regular-season win as head coach of the Chiefs on Monday Night Football. He had already surpassed Hank Stram for the most wins by a head coach in franchise history and now owns 308 career wins, regular and postseason, the fourth-most in NFL history.

Standout performances from R Mason Thomas, Mansoor Delane, and Emmett Johnson helped fuel the Week 1 win. Teams now know the group’s strengths on tape and will have game plans ready each week, starting with Week 2 against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday Night Football at Arrowhead Stadium.
