Baninay Bautista, Jeff Fernando, Donita Nose team up for new GTV show 'Chika Cart' - GMA Network

Looking for the latest showbiz scoop while shopping for sulit finds? A new program on GTV is bringing both to viewers with the launch of “Chika Cart.”

According to Aubrey Carampel’s report on “24 Oras” on Friday, the all-in-one talk show will be hosted by Baninay Bautista, Jeff Fernando, and Donita Nose, who will dish out showbiz news, opinions, and entertainment while giving viewers a chance to shop through live selling.

Baninay, who will serve as the program’s shopping expert, said “Chika Cart” combines casual conversations with a shopping experience.

“This is a talk show that has chismisan, chikahan, and views and opinions. But at the same time, it also has a cart where you can add to cart and buy the things we’re selling,” Baninay said in a mix of Filipino and English.

Meanwhile, Jeff, a veteran showbiz and lifestyle reporter and columnist with more than 30 years of experience, will bring his expertise and insider stories to the program.

“There are many side stories, many revelations, and we’ve been to a lot of showbiz events. You’ll see the different angles that we saw here,” he said in Filipino.

Adding more fun to the show is Donita, who will take on blind items and provide plenty of banter and comedy.

“You’ll definitely be entertained. Of course, we can’t be left behind when it comes to the banter,” Donita said in Filipino.

“Chika Cart” premieres on GTV on September 28 and will air Mondays to Fridays from 5:15 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Viewers can also catch the online after-show from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on the Adventure Taste Moment YouTube and TikTok channels.
