After the Chicago Bears made it to the divisional round of the playoffs last season, they have now begun their journey to get back to the playoffs and beyond. Quarterback Caleb Williams led the NFL in comeback wins last season with seven and proved he is the quarterback of the future in Chicago.

Throughout his career, Williams has always been a winner and is bringing that mentality to the Bears. He is so dedicated that, according to Jay Glazer with FOX, head coach Ben Johnson said he's "all in" on Williams this year and has been asking Williams to “pull back” because he is so far ahead of the rest of the offense.

Johnson is someone who demands perfection, so for him to tell Williams to “pull back” is rather remarkable. It shows just the commitment Williams has this season to being the best quarterback he can and getting the Bears to reach their maximum potential.

Realistically, between having Johnson as a head coach and Williams at quarterback, Chicago can get back to the playoffs and reach the Super Bowl for the first time since the 2006 season. However, this team will probably go as far as the defense allows since there are a lot of question marks on that side of the ball, especially in the secondary.
