This early access event will allow selected players to try the game and share their feedback to help improve the final version. The testing phase will take place from November 20 to November 24 across three cities, including Mumbai, Delhi, and Kolkata. How to Apply for the Early Access
Players who want to be among the first to experience the new game must submit their applications by November 9. Interested gamers need to fill out an application form located in the bio section of the official BGMI and BGMI Air Instagram accounts.
Additionally, applicants must post a 15 to 60-second audition video on their profile explaining why they should be selected, making sure to tag the official social media handle @battlegroundsmobilein_official.
There are a few strict eligibility rules for the beta test. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid government photo ID, and hold an active BGMI account. Selected participants must also be willing to travel to the designated testing cities at their own expense.Download Size and Cross-Play Features
BGMI Air is built specifically for users whose devices lack the space or power to run the standard game smoothly. Krafton has confirmed that the new app will have a very small initial download size of around 1GB on Android. To make the setup process faster, the developers have promised that there will be no forced package downloads before jumping into the first match. The game is expected to run easily on basic hardware, requiring just 1.5GB of RAM and an Adreno 306 GPU or higher.
While BGMI Air will launch as a completely separate application, players will not have to create new profiles. Gamers can simply log in using their existing BGMI accounts with no data migration required. Most importantly, the game will feature full cross-play support, allowing BGMI Air users to team up and play seamlessly with their friends who are using the regular version of Battlegrounds Mobile India.- EndsAlso Read | BGMI Lite renamed BGMI Air ahead of India launch, crosses 10 million pre-registrationsAlso Read | No AI, no Google Search: Google changes rules for schoolsAlso Read | Sam Altman praises Indians, calls Americans unusually pessimistic about AI
