Bhojpuri actor Kajal Raghwani's car attacked in Bihar, she escapes unharmed
Bhojpuri actor Kajal Raghwani was in Bihar Sharif to attend the inauguration of a jewellery showroom when an unruly crowd reportedly gathered outside the venue. A video circulating on social media shows a large group of people running behind and chasing the car in which the actor was travelling as she was being escorted away from the venue. The actor later shared a video on social media and updated that she is fine.
Raghwani had visited Bihar for the showroom inauguration, where a large number of people had gathered to catch a glimpse of the actor. The situation reportedly turned chaotic as the crowd broke the glass of a car, thinking she might be inside, to catch a glimpse. Several windows of her Toyota Fortuner were damaged in the incident.
The video also showed the crowd running behind the vehicle as it attempted to make its way through the gathering. The chaotic scenes unfolded as Raghwani was being taken away from the venue.
The showroom operator helped Raghwani leave the premises discreetly amid the growing crowd. She was brought out through the driverβs gate, after which the vehicle sped away from the location.
Kajal Raghwani later shared a video assuring fans that she was safe and unharmed. She also thanked her supporters and appealed to them for their continued support. However, reportedly, the showroom operator disputed this claim, saying that the district administration had been informed about the event through a letter and that the application for permission had been submitted on September 17.
Meanwhile, Raghwani began her acting journey at a young age, initially working in Gujarati films before making her Bhojpuri debut with Rihai in 2013. She has since appeared in more than 50 films, including popular titles such as Patna Se Pakistan, Mehandi Laga Ke Rakhna, Bhojpuriya Raja and Sangharsh.
After participating in Bhojpuri Bawaal, she will next be seen in Rise and Fall 2.
