Boom Panadda spent an hour and a half filing a police report at the Crime Suppression Division to press charges against her husband "Got." She admitted it was her own fault, pledged to use her personal assets to cover the missing funds, vowed to confront the problem, and confirmed she would not flee.

Updates on the investigation into the donation funds of the Good Deeds Foundation: At 10:50 a.m. on 3 Nov 2026, Ms. Panadda Wongpudi, known as Boom Panadda, president of the Good Deeds Foundation, accompanied by lawyer Eksit Srisang ("Lawyer Phet"), met with investigators at the Crime Suppression Division to file charges against Mr. Athip Ananthawan ("Got"), her husband, and the contractor for an eight-villa pool project in Phuket.

After meeting with investigators, Boom Panadda briefly expressed her heartfelt apologies to society and all donors. She accepted that the problems stemmed from her own mistake of trusting someone close to her too much.

Previously, Boom Panadda stated she is ready to use her personal assets to manage and take responsibility for any missing or overlooked amounts as accurately as possible. She reaffirmed she will not back down and will fight to restore everything to proper order.

She also expressed full cooperation with investigators, including in cases where others have filed complaints related to this matter. She confirmed she will provide testimony and present all evidence to clarify all issues, emphasizing she will not flee and is prepared to face the challenges ahead.

Reporters tried to question Boom Panadda, but her personal lawyer said she would no longer give interviews and warned that failure to comply might lead to the lawyer withdrawing from the case. Consequently, Boom Panadda and her lawyer immediately left the Crime Suppression Division, pushing through a crowd of hundreds of media personnel.
