Carlos Yulo and Chloe San Jose are engaged!

The two-time Olympic and Asian Games gold medalist announced their engagement on Instagram, revealing that he proposed to Chloe on December 18, 2025.

“Nine months ago… she said yes,” Carlos wrote. “And all I can say and all I can feel is that I am truly blessed.”

“Blessed to love you. Blessed to be loved by you. Blessed to have you as my fiancé and, soon, as my forever,” he added.

On YouTube, Chloe shared details about the proposal, which took place at a resort decorated with candlelight and flowers. The words “Will You Marry Me?” were also mounted in one corner of the venue.

“For nine months, we’ve been treasuring this beautiful secret between us, quietly smiling to ourselves and taking our time to cherish it, knowing that one day we’d finally share it with the world,” Chloe said.

“Mahal ko, I would choose you in every lifetime,” she added. “And now, we get to choose each other for the rest of this one.”

Carlos and Chloe have been together since 2020. In a March episode of "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda," the couple spoke openly about marriage.
