Alleged crime boss Vusimuzi "Cat" Matlala is expected to return to the Pretoria Regional Court on Tuesday morning with his 13 co-accused in a case of alleged tender fraud.
Alleged crime boss Vusimuzi "Cat" Matlala is expected to return to the Pretoria Regional Court on Tuesday morning with his 13 co-accused in a case of alleged tender fraud.
Matlala was previously separated from his co-accused after negotiations led to a plea agreement with the State.
However, the deal fell through following a disagreement over the proposed period of direct imprisonment.
The 14 face charges including corruption, money laundering and fraud.
Their matter relates to alleged irregularities in the Medicare 24 Tshwane District contract.
