Alleged crime boss Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala's tender fraud case has been postponed to next Tuesday.
He will re-join his 13 co-accused in the multi-million-rand Medicare 24 corruption case when the matter returns to court.
Matlala appeared briefly in the Pretoria Specialised Commercial Crimes Court on Friday morning.
The case relates to his more than R200 million Medicare 24 Tshwane contract with the South African Police Service (SAPS).
Matlala's case was separated in July when he sought a plea deal with the State.
