Checkers Stickables brings back collectibles with 50 South African brand stickers - IOL

Checkers collectibles are back with the launch of Stickables - 50 unique, colourful stickers with special effects, featuring some of South Africa’s most recognisable brands.

Checkers has brought back its collectibles with the launch of Stickables, a collection of 50 colourful stickers featuring some of South Africa’s recognisable brands.

The stickers include characters and products such as the Duracell Bunny, Oros, Bar-One, Ricoffy, Sunshine D, Black Cat Peanut Butter, OMO and Huggies. The collection also includes a miniature Sixty60 delivery bike.

Exclusive to Xtra Savings members, customers will receive one sticker for every R200 spent when they swipe their rewards card, with a maximum of 10 stickers per customer per transaction.

Customers can collect all 50 stickers to complete the set. Among the collection are also a limited number of rare golden stickers.

Those who find a golden sticker can scan its QR code for a chance to win R1 million. The winner will be selected through a random draw, while Xtra Savings Plus members will receive double entries.

A Stickables sticker book is also available in teal, orange and pink for R99.99. The book provides collectors with a place to store their stickers and track the ones they are still missing.

Duplicates can be swapped, with Checkers hosting Swop Days on October 3, 17 and 31. The events will give collectors an opportunity to trade stickers, compare collections and work towards completing their books.

Checkers Stickables runs from September 21 to November 8, 2026, with terms and conditions applying.
