Comelec receives 99.29% of BARMM election returns as of Tuesday night (Sept. 15, 2026) - GMA Network
The Commission on Elections has received 99.29% of the election returns in the first Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) elections.
As of 10:33 p.m. on Tuesday, the Comelec dashboard showed that the election body has received 5,175 ERs out of the 5,212 expected.
It has received all of the 108 certificates of canvass from the cities and municipalities.
Only one provincial or district COC out of six has yet to be received.
The Bangsamoro region eld its first parliamentary election on Monday, with 2.393 million registered voters.
The historic election will determine the members of the 80-seat Bangsamoro Parliament, which is composed of 40 party representatives, 32 district representatives, and eight sectoral representatives.
Based on the partial and unofficial results as of 9:59 p.m., with 99.35% of the election returns processed, the following registered political parties (RPPPs) have so far qualified for seats in the Bangsamoro Parliament.
The four parties account for 38 of the 40 party-representation seats. BFP and UBJP are each expected to get one additional seat.
The non-Moro Indigenous Peoples selected their two representatives to the Bangsamoro Parliament in August.
They are Jo Genna Jover of the Teduray Indigenous Peoples and Leticio Datuwata of the Lambangian Indigenous Peoples.
