Delhi University offers up to 100% fee waiver, apply by October 13

The University of Delhi (DU) has announced its Financial Support Scheme (FSS) for the 2026-27 academic session, offering eligible students fee waivers of up to 100%. The scheme, introduced through the Office of the Dean of Students’ Welfare, aims to reduce the financial burden on students from families with limited incomes.

Students enrolled in constituent colleges, BTech programmes (except CIC), five-year integrated law programmes, the School of Open Learning and NCWEB are not eligible. Students with an Essential Repeat (ER) in any previous examination are also excluded.

Applicants must submit an income or EWS/OBC-NCL certificate, family members’ income tax returns and PAN cards, an undertaking form, a bonafide certificate, the latest fee receipt, the last examination’s marksheet and a bank passbook or cancelled cheque in the student’s name.

Income certificates issued by a notary or in the student’s name will not be accepted.
