Entrance-Exit at Bogor Station on Mayor Oking Street Closed, User Access Redirected
BOGOR, KOMPAS.com - The western outer access for tap in at Bogor Station on Mayor Oking Street, Bogor City, West Java, has been temporarily closed due to sidewalk work by the Bogor City Public Works and Spatial Planning Office (PUPR).
Kompas.com observed at the site on Tuesday (15/9/2026) that the outer access on Mayor Oking Street is located near the former dismantling site of the Paledang Pedestrian Bridge (JPO).
The green fence was wrapped with yellow and black tape, and a sign read, "Sorry for the inconvenience and disruption to your journey. Sidewalk repairs are underway."
Additionally, above the fence, there was a notice stating, "We apologize, the entrance/exit access is temporarily closed for repairs and arrangement by the Bogor City PUPR."
It appeared that the sidewalk had been leveled with soil, with piles of material present at the site.
KRL users need to walk about 25 meters to the old access gate near the tenant stalls, still located on Mayor Oking Street.

Bogor Station Head, Djoko Utomo, said that KRL users at Bogor Station could use the northern gate on Mayor Oking Street.
"The closure is due to sidewalk repair work; passengers can enter through the northern gate, still on Mayor Oking, near the tenant corridor end," Djoko said when contacted by Kompas.com on Tuesday (15/9/2026).
Additionally, users can enter the station area via the east hall or the Bogor City Square entrance.
According to data from Bogor City LPSE, the repair of curbs and pedestrian paths on Mayor Oking Street is being funded with the Bogor City Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) in the amount of Rp 233 million.
