European Allies Can Defend Against Russian Attacks, Says NATO Secretary General

Mark Rutte, Secretary General of NATO, said that a ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia would require Putin to 'play ball,' something Rutte said the Russian leader has not yet done despite suffering tens of thousands of casualties a month. Rutte said that NATO is so much stronger than Russia and can defend itself against potential Russian attacks.
