Everyone is saying the same thing about Prince George.

The future king was spotted in Spain with father Prince William on Tuesday, Nov. 3, as the royals took to their seats to watch their beloved soccer team Aston Villa take on Barcelona. Both donned dark, casual clothing for the match which took place amid heavy rainfall.

Royal watchers swiftly took to social media to comment on how grown up George, who turned 13 in July, looked.

"Prince George looks like a young man! He is growing up so quickly," read one of many posts on X. "Cannot believe how tall Prince George is getting," read another.

Photos taken of George at royal events over the summer show that the prince is almost the same height as mom, Princess Kate, who is 5 feet, 9 inches. Now, he appears to be catching up to his father, who is 6 feet, 3 inches.

Former British athlete Katharine Merry said that George has typically done what all sons do, "like mine he seems to have suddenly grown up overnight!" she wrote on X.

"George finally becomes a trendy teenager," the Daily Mail reported, pointing out that his Adidas jacket was a stark contrast to years wearing "stuffy suits."

The royal father and son duo appeared disappointed as they watched Aston Villa lose 0-3 to Barcelona.

FC Barcelona said it was honored to welcome the two future kings to the Spotify Camp Nou stadium. “Thank you for joining us for a special evening of Champions League football," the soccer club wrote in a social media post.

George, who is second-in-line to the British throne, officially became a teenager in the summer and started at his new school, Eton College in September.

The boarding school for boys is just a short drive from George's family home, Forest Lodge. The school has long had ties to Britain's royal family. Both William and his estranged brother, Prince Harry studied there as did Princess Diana's brother, Earl Spencer.

As he is the eldest child of William and Kate, George is being carefully being prepared for kingship. Last year, William took the young royal to a homeless charity in London for the first time, where they prepared vegetables for the annual Christmas lunches.

William, for his part, says he is intent on creating an environment and an impactful role that his son will inherit when he becomes reigning monarch.
