The CAF Champions League group-stage draw has set up a competitive Group C, bringing together four clubs determined to secure qualification for the knockout stages of Africa’s premier club competition.
South Africa’s Orlando Pirates will face Moroccan outfit RS Berkane, Tanzanian giants Simba SC and Cameroon’s Colombe Sportive, who made history by reaching the group stage for the first time.
The opening matches are scheduled for 27–29 November 2026, with Matchday Two set for 4–6 December. The third round will take place from 18–20 December before the competition resumes in January.
With four teams battling for qualification, consistency will be crucial throughout the group stage. Every match could have a significant impact on the standings, leaving little room for dropped points as the campaign progresses.
