Former Jharkhand CM plays flute at mother's bedside, gets her blessings

A flute melody filled a hospital room in Jamshedpur as former Jharkhand Chief Minister Arjun Munda sat beside his ailing mother and played for her. The music brought a smile to her face, followed by a blessing for her son. The heartwarming moment has since gone viral.

The video showed Munda visiting his mother, Saira Munda, in hospital and playing the flute for her as she lay in bed. He continued playing the melody while she listened, smiled at him and raised her hand to offer her blessings.

Munda shared the video on his social media account, describing the time spent with his mother as precious and emotional. In his post, he wrote, "Some precious and emotional moments spent with my mother today. My mother is the most precious blessing in my life. Her love is my greatest strength."

The former chief minister is known not only for his political career but also for his interest in music. His flute performance offered a glimpse of a side of his life that is usually away from public view, as he spent time with his mother through something he enjoys.

Saira Munda has reportedly been unwell for a long time. Whenever his schedule allows, Arjun Munda visits her and tries to keep her spirits up. On this occasion, he chose to play the flute for her, turning a hospital visit into a personal moment of music and togetherness.

The video has since circulated widely on social media, with users responding warmly to the mother-son interaction. Many appreciated the former chief minister’s gesture and the affection he showed towards his mother.- Ends
