Norwood SANFL Premiership coach Jade Sheedy has had a full circle moment from coaching final-quarter star Tristan Binder in an U19 Athelstone Grand Final to an Adelaide Oval victory.

Binder, who kicked four goals in the final term, had been quiet for the first three quarters of Sunday's game against Sturt.

"Sometimes it might not be your day, or your quarter or your moment", Sheedy said to Jules, Jo and Rory McClaren, "He had plenty of those in the last".
