This lamb chops recipe is one that takes hardly any effort at all but tastes as if you've really gone all out. 

The sumac and toum (garlic paste) give the lamb a lovely tangy, garlicky flavour and they're perfect hot off the barbecue with a fresh salad.

You can use lamb cutlets for this recipe if you prefer, but chops are usually a cheaper option. (ABC News: Lina Jebeile)
