Grace Reiter and Saidah Belo-Osagie made TikTok laugh before SNL - USA Today

These days, "Saturday Night Live" often brings aboard new cast members who have made their names online, and this season is a case in point: Grace Reiter and Saidah Belo-Osagie are joining Season 52, which begins Sept. 26.

Reiter has amassed over 5.4 million followers across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, while Belo-Osagie accumulated over 100,000 followers. Here's everything you need to know about the two digital comedians.

Reiter's internet comedy spans nearly a decade, starting in 2018, when she was still in high school, and throughout her time as an Ace Hardware employee. Her comedic sensibilities have always been off-kilter – one of her first viral videos, shared in January 2020, has her playing an American Girl Doll that came to life at night, seen dancing like a diva marionette for 10 seconds. That's all she needed to achieve over 13 million views.

She's since accrued more than 4 million followers on TikTok alone. And her mastery of the short-form video has led to longer projects. In November 2025, she and her friends tried to recreate "The Hunger Games" movie from memory in a 42-minute-long parody film called "The Hunger Games (but better)" – it's amassed 14 million YouTube views. Reiter plays Katniss Everdeen, of course.

Reiter, 25, was named one of Rolling Stone's 25 most influential creators of 2026 in August. "How we (yes WE) all reacted to Grace Reiter getting cast on SNL," reads one viral TikTok post, captioning a compilation of people sobbing and crowds cheering.

She's also performed stand-up at the New York Comedy Festival, and will star in the short-form Netflix series "Minimum Wage," about a group of goofy teens working at a pizzeria. In 2021, she did stand-up on "The Drew Barrymore Show" – she wasn't even legal to drink at the time.

Belo-Osagie has been making comedic content online for a little over two years now and has found success with her skits that act out different scenarios. She's made videos acting as a pretentious cinephile friend, an out-of-town friend who complains too much about New York, and a girl who's denied from the club that her friends are able to enter.

Most recently, the 30-year-old comedian has been part of the cast of Joe Hegyes' viral internet sketch series that parodies Arthur Miller's "The Crucible," titled "Abigail's Divine Comedy." She plays a Gen-Z version of Ruth Putnam.

The 30-year-old comedian wrote and directed a short film, "Tinge," about a hopeless romantic who spirals out of control after her dream date doesn't text her back. She also starred in her own solo stage show, "Saidah Gets Closure," about a heartbroken woman who sets out to find closure after the disillusionment of her "perfect" Brooklyn situationship.
