Harry Kane has revealed he could combine a future career in Major League Soccer with his long-held ambition of becoming an NFL kicker. The England captain said he would consider the possibility more seriously in the coming years, although he remains focused on continuing his football career for as long as possible. The 33-year-old also explained why he believes his experience taking football penalties could help him transition to NFL place-kicking. “I take penalties and it is a very similar pressure and technique,” Kane said. “If I did that, in terms of training, I would be closer to that more than to any other sport. But as I know, with all elite sports, when you watch it on TV, people make it look easy, and you think it is possible, but that is not always the case.” Kane said he would approach the challenge seriously if he eventually decided to pursue it.
