How to watch Wizards vs. Thunder today: Time, TV channel - OKC Thunder Wire
The Oklahoma City Thunder will host the Washington Wizards on Saturday. This will be the first matchup between the two squads in the 2026-27 regular season. This is also the second night of a road-and-home back-to-back for the former.
The Thunder (7-2) absolutely humiliated the Memphis Grizzlies in a 128-97 win on Friday. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was on cruise control with 28 points in three quarters. Ajay Mitchell had a career-best 35 points and five assists.
Meanwhile, the Wizards (4-5) fell short in a 139-132 loss to the Atlanta Hawks on Friday. Kyshawn George went off for 33 points and seven assists. Trae Young also had 23 points and 10 assists.
Thunder 125, Wizards 110: This should be a high-scoring game. Closer to the NBA 2K side of things. But the Thunder are flowing right now. They've glued together a good squad. Gilgeous-Alexander and Mitchell have stepped up as a one-two punch. Against the Wizards' nonexistent defense, they should put up big-time numbers. That also means Washington should have a fun scoring night, too. I think this will be closer than anticipated. But OKC should pull away late in the second half. They have all of the experiences. The Wizards do not.
