Hyderabad cop traces missing dog through WhatsApp, reunites it with owner

A police constable helped reunite a missing pet dog with its owner in Hyderabad after the animal was found several kilometres away from where it had gone missing.

The pet dog, Shiro, went missing from Madhuranagar, leaving its owners worried as they searched for the animal relentlessly.

Constable Deepthi stepped in to help trace the dog and circulated its photograph through WhatsApp groups.

The efforts eventually paid off when Shiro was located several kilometres away from Madhuranagar. After the dog was found, efforts were made to identify its owner and establish contact with the family.
