IHC directs PTI lawmakers to remove objections
The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday directed the lawyers representing PTI MNAs Adil Bazai and Dawar Kundi to remove the Registrar Office's objections to their petitions challenging their detention under the Maintenance of Public Order (MPO) Ordinance.
Justice Khadim Hussain Somroo heard the petitions against the detention of the two PTI lawmakers along with the objections raised by the Registrar Office.
The court directed the petitioners' counsel to remove the objections, saying that the matter would be fixed for hearing after two days.
