IMD forecasts heavy rainfall in four Telangana districts on September 13

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast heavy rainfall across four Telangana districts on Sunday, September 13.

According to IMD's latest bulletin, heavy rainfall is very likely in isolated areas of Adilabad, Kumuram Bheem Asifabad, Mancherial, and Peddapalli districts.

Additionally, thunderstorms accompanied with gusty winds are very likely to occur at isolated places in Adilabad, Kumuram Bheem Asiabad, Mancherial, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Jagtial, Rajanna Sircilla, Karimnagar, Peddapalli, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Khammam, Mahabubabad, Warangal, Hanumakonda, Rangareddy, Hyderabad, Medchal Malkajgiri, Vikarabad, Sangareddy, Medak and Kamareddy districts.

Hyderabad city and its surrounding areas will see a generally cloudy sky for the next 24 hours. “Light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by gusty winds are very likely to occur in parts of the city. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be around 30℃ and 24℃ respectively,” the bulletin said.
