Indian man confronts social anxiety in emotional vlog that has moved thousands

An Indian man shared a vlog documenting his attempt to overcome social anxiety, even as involuntary tics repeatedly appeared to interrupt him on camera.

Anushka, an X user, shared the video where the man began by looking into the camera as he said, "I'm here to overcome my social anxiety and not to care about others."

As he continued speaking, he appeared to experience several tics, giving viewers a glimpse into the challenges he faced while putting himself out in public.

Despite the interruptions, the man continued with his vlog, choosing to stay on camera rather than let his tics stop him from doing something he wanted to do.

Anushka wrote that watching the man’s vlog had left her emotional.

The video was later re-shared by Neelesh Mishra, Founder of The Slow Movement. Sharing the clip, Mishra sent the young man his love and encouragement, telling him to keep making vlogs because he appeared to have a natural flair for it.

The video also received an outpouring of supportive reactions from viewers. Some users felt the man’s decision to confront his fears himself was precisely the point of the video, while others encouraged him to keep going and not worry about what people thought.
