Indonesia's priorities at the COP31 conference in Antalya include improving access to climate funding and opposing unilateral measures that disadvantage developing countries, Jumhur said.
He stressed that stronger climate commitments should not create new obligations beyond the Paris Agreement and must be supported by financing, technology transfer, and capacity-building assistance from developed countries. ■
