Instagram Edits finally arrives on Mac with 4K exports and AI tools for creators

To speed up the workflow, the app allows users to configure custom keyboard shortcuts or seamlessly import shortcut layouts from other popular professional video editing software.

One of the biggest advantages of the new Mac app is the ability to export finished videos in high-quality 4K resolution without any intrusive app watermarks. This gives users the complete freedom to share their final edits across other social media platforms or save them for personal projects.

While the app is completely free to download and automatically syncs your saved audio and text styles from the mobile app, cross-device project editing is not quite ready yet.
