Jay Z gives fans stern warning against AI: 'Machines are learning you' - The News International
Jay Z is asking his fans to question and filter everything they see and hear as he declared artificial intelligence, also known as AI, is becoming more advanced.
The rapper, who is set to headline the 2027 Super Bowl Halftime Show, shared the warning to his fans during his two-night run at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.
Addressing the recent claims that he struggled to sell tickets and that the sound quality at his shows was poor, Jay told the crowd, "Yβall gotta be very aware of whatβs going on in the world, right?"
He continued, "People will tell you that nobody was in here tonight, but you got eyes, you can see. People will tell you that the music wasnβt great, but you got ears. You gotta understand, you gotta question everything."
The Drunk in Love singer explained, "In this world of AI and everything β¦ itβs been going on forever. We called it propaganda before."
"But now, with the technology caught up and these people could trick β a lot of tricknology β¦ Itβs called artificial intelligence because itβs mimicking you guys. Itβs mimicking us.
He added, "We got real intelligence, not artificial intelligence."
Later in the show, Jay Z one again warned his fans on how AI can copy people's identities and personal styles.
The musician said, "Make sure you question everything. You feel.
"Machines are learning you. You tell βem your swag, you tell βem your name, you tell βem the thing and it mimics you. It canβt be you. It could never be you, so question everything - especially in this day and age. Yβall feel me?"
