Kloza on Diesel Prices Hit Fresh Record-High

Tom Kloza, Founder and Chairman of Kloza Advisors and Independent Oil Analyst, says everybody still obsesses with the crude oil price, but it’s the diesel price that needs to be watched. Kloza says US refineries are running at 97% to 98% of capacity.
