The Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has introduced a new multi-axle bus service between Bengaluru and Ballari from September 15, 2026, for the convenience of passengers.
The service will depart from Kempegowda Bus Station (KBS) in Bengaluru at 4 p.m. and reach Ballari at 9.45 p.m. The bus will operate via Sira, Hiriyur and Challakere, with a scheduled stop at Challakere at 8 p.m.
On the return journey, the service will depart from Ballari at 5.06 p.m. and reach Bengaluru at 10.40 p.m., with a stop at Challakere at 6.30 p.m.
The fare from Bengaluru to Ballari has been fixed at ₹802, while the fare to Challakere is ₹634.
