LIST: EDSA lanes for reblocking, asphalt overlay on Nov. 6-8 - GMA Network
Some lanes of EDSA were closed to traffic temporarily on the evening of November 6 for concrete reblocking and asphalt overlay as part of the EDSA Rehabilitation Project Phase 2, the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) said.
The road work will continue until November 8, it added.
Area 1: From EDSA SM Megamall Building B to EDSA SM Megamall Bldg. A. - Lane 1 closure
Area 3: EDSA Annapolis Street to EDSA near P. Santos Avenue - bus lane and Lane 1 closure
The lanes will all be passable starting Monday, November 9, at 5 a.m., the DPWH said.
Motorists were advised by DPWH to take precautions and use alternate routes for safety and convenience.
Meanwhile, traffic on EDSA-Main Avenue until EDSA-Shaw Boulevard was slow early morning of Saturday, November 7, due to the road repairs, according to a report by Christian MaΓ±o on Super Radyo dzBB.
