About 3pm on Friday, a 51-year-old man was arrested at a property on Unwins Bridge Road at Tempe. He was taken to Newtown Police Station and charged with sexual touching without consent, trespassing, and hindering or resisting police.
The woman allegedly sexually touched in the incident, Jenna Dollard, told Nine News it was a “violation”.
“You feel so scared in that moment,” she said.
