Congress leader Mettu Sai Kumar has come up with an innovative way of wishing Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on his birthday on November 8 by creating his portrait using paddy saplings in an agricultural field.
Farmers planted paddy saplings in the shape of the Chief Minister’s portrait, with the artwork taking nearly 20 days to complete. Mr. Sai Kumar said the distinctive arrangement was intended to convey birthday greetings to the Chief Minister while reflecting the affection and gratitude of farmers towards him.
