Myles Garrett couldn't help but laugh at Aaron Donald's botched fumble recovery - Rams Wire

In his illustrious career, Aaron Donald accomplished just about everything a defensive player can. One thing he’s never done, though, is return a fumble or interception for a touchdown.

He had a golden opportunity to on Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers, but he botched the “scoop” part of the “scoop-and-score.”

Rookie Wesley Bailey hit Justin Herbert for the strip-sack, knocking the ball loose and bouncing toward the sideline. Donald was the closest guy to the ball, but he couldn’t corral it and it wound up bouncing out of bounds.

Donald lay still on the turf after missing that perfect chance to recover the fumble, and his teammate Myles Garrett couldn’t help but laugh, too.
