Mystery shrouds nursing student’s death in Bhadradri Kothagudem district

Mystery continues to shroud the suspicious death of a B. Sc (Nursing) first-year student whose body was found at her residence in Vengannapalem village of Julurupadu mandal in Bhadradri Kothagudem district on Tuesday evening.

The 18-year-old student, who was pursuing the B. Sc (Nursing) course at a private college near Khammam, had reportedly arrived at her native village two days ago. Her mother found her lying dead beside the bathroom on the premises of their house after returning from farm work.

The incident raised suspicion among villagers, who suspected a possible murder angle.

The girl’s death plunged her family into grief.

The local police registered a case and pressed the clues team into service to collect evidence and ascertain the exact cause of the student’s death.
