A second PU student was killed on the spot when a KSRTC bus hit her vehicle near Town Hall on Tuesday (November 3).

The deceased, identified as Vaishnavi, aged around 17, was riding pillion on the scooter with her father towards her college.

While they were on Ashoka Road near the intersection with Sri Harsha Road near Chamaraja Circle, a KSRTC bus collided with their vehicle, throwing both of them off their scooter. While Vaishnavi was killed on the spot, his father suffered serious injuries and was hospitalized.
