A first for Asean, the immersive multimedia exhibition takes visitors on a journey through the Amazon and Mekong river basins.

Visitors can discover the wonders of the Amazon and Mekong river basins at National Geographic's immersive multimedia exhibition at SX2026, featuring captivating visuals and soundscapes that bring the natural world to life. Nature enthusiasts have the opportunity to explore some of the world's most remarkable natural environments through a world-class immersive multimedia exhibition by National Geographic at Sustainability Expo 2026 (SX2026).

Presented as a first for the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean), the experience invites visitors to discover two major river ecosystems – the Amazon River Basin and the Mekong River Basin – through captivating visuals and immersive soundscapes.

The exhibition takes audiences on a journey into the heart of nature, offering a closer look at the richness of biodiversity and the natural environments that sustain life. Through a combination of visual storytelling and multimedia technology, visitors can experience the beauty and diversity of these ecosystems in an engaging and accessible format.

The exhibition forms part of SX PROLOGUE, located on the ground floor of the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre (QSNCC), and is among the attractions at SX2026, held under the theme "Sufficiency for Sustainability".

The exhibition is open to the public free of charge from Nov 6 to 15, 2026, between 10am and 8pm.
