The SA Navy on Sunday commemorated the third anniversary of the incident that claimed the lives of Lieutenant Commander Gillian Hector, Master Warrant Officer William Mathipa and Warrant Officer Lucas Mojela during a vertical transfer exercise off Kommetjie in 2023.
