National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) head Andy Mothibi will be reporting the case against suspended National Police Commissioner Fannie Masemola to the Investigating Directorate Against Corruption (IDAC) judge for further investigation.

On Tuesday, the NPA announced Mothibi’s instruction to withdraw the charges against Masemola in the matter where he was charged alongside alleged crime kingpin Vusimuzi β€œCat” Matlala.
