Sometimes, it's best to sit off to the side and rest while the rest of the college football world goes through the craziness of the regular season. While the Oregon Ducks didn't see a litany of outlandish upsets during their bye week, a couple of results undoubtedly affected their ranking.

For starters, the No. 8 Florida Gators were shellacked by the Missouri Tigers, and the No. 14 Iowa Hawkeyes lost to the No. 6 Ohio State Buckeyes. This resulted in the Ducks moving up from No. 15 to No. 13 in the US LBM Coaches Poll.

It's also worth noting the UCLA Bruins, previously ranked No. 23, moved up to No. 22 after their bye in Week 5. This sets up a top-25 matchup in Week 6 at Autzen Stadium. Bob Chesney and the Bruins come to Eugene with a massive Big Ten game on tap. Both teams are riding high. UCLA is off to a hot 4-0 start, and Oregon had an emotional win over the USC Trojans in Week 4. Both are looking to prove they belong in the College Football Playoff conversation at the end of the year.

The Oregon-UCLA game will take place at 12:30 p.m. PT on Oct. 10, and it will be televised on CBS.
