Over 10,000 seats allotted in final phase of TG-EAPCET Bi.PC 2026 counselling

The final phase of web-based counselling for admission to B.Pharmacy, Pharm.D, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering and Biotechnology courses for the academic year 2026-27 saw an allotment of 10,363 out of the total 10,762 available seats, an allotment rate of 96%. After the conclusion of the final phase, 399 seats remained vacant.

The counselling was conducted for Bi.PC candidates who qualified in TGEAPCET 2026. Certificate verification for the candidates was held on September 26 and candidates were allowed to exercise web options on September 26 and 27.

As per the allotment, 16,797 candidates attended certificate verification and 10,669 exercised web options. A total of 2,96,777 options were received during the process.

B.Pharmacy accounted for the largest number of seats of 8,372 seats followed by 1,669 seats in Pharm.D. All the 51 seats in Biomedical Engineering and 179 seats in Biotechnology were filled. In Pharmaceutical Engineering, 92 of 94 seats were allotted.

In the process, a total of 484 candidates secured allotments under the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) quota. Officials instructed candidates who secured seats to pay the prescribed fee by September 30 and physically report to their allotted colleges by October 1.
