Pawan Kalyan to shift to Pithapuram by year-end, set up camp office to strengthen Jana Sena

Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and Pithapuram MLA K. Pawan Kalyan will shift to Pithapuram by the year end to be accessible to the cadre and coordinate with elected representatives to strengthen the Jana Sena Party (JSP).
Addressing a public meeting here on Tuesday (September 22, 2026), Mr. Pawan Kalyan announced: “I have prepared to set up a camp office in Pithapuram within the next three to four months. The office of the Deputy Chief Minister is engaged in this task.”
Acknowledging his absence from the Pithapuram Assembly constituency, Mr. Pawan Kalyan said his physical presence alone would not have produced the desired result in many cases, because he had to persuade the Centre to get work done on the ground.

The move was also meant to coordinate with the elected representatives of Kakinada district and hold talks with them to strengthen the party, he added.
He said elected representatives were not as proactive as in the past and that he would chase them to work for the party and the people.
On preparations for the coming local body elections and relations with the NDA partners, Mr. Pawan Kalyan said he wanted the alliance to be strong, and the partners to work together in future without hurting the respect due to the Jana Sena.

"My firm belief is that we should strive to fulfill our aspirations only after meeting our needs. I want to show my gratitude and always come to the rescue of those in need. I have adopted those qualities from the land where I was born", said Mr. Pawan Kalyan, indirectly referring to his conduct in the NDA's journey.
