Samantha opted for a relaxed travel look, wearing a pink shirt with loose trousers.

Samantha and Raj got married in an intimate ceremony at the Linga Bhairavi Temple at the Isha Yoga Centre in Coimbatore on December 1, 2025. The couple had previously worked together on The Family Man Season 2 and Citadel: Honey Bunny, before joining hands professionally again for Samantha's latest film, Maa Inti Bangaaram.

The year also brought a major professional milestone for the couple with Maa Inti Bangaaram. Directed by BV Nandini Reddy, the film marked Samantha's return as a lead actor and was produced under her and Raj's banner, Tralala Moving Pictures. The film went on to have a successful run, making its success celebrations particularly memorable as Samantha's pregnancy also became public around the same time.

Interestingly, Samantha was already pregnant while portions of Maa Inti Bangaaram were being filmed. Nandini Reddy recalled learning about the pregnancy during the shoot of the song Thassadiya, after Samantha told her she was experiencing morning sickness. The team then took extra care during the remaining portions of the shoot.
